I'll get started working on my brand once the kids go back to school, I finish this move, this work project ends - insert any excuse here.

But, then you hit that mile stone, and something else happens?

It's never a "good time" to get started on your brand. And your plans become delayed even more.

15-minutes a day is an attainable goal anyone can do no matter how crazy your life is.

People who are successful have good habits.

Did you know experts say it takes about 2 months, or 66 days to be exact, to form a habit?

Sure you could say I am going to work on my brand every day. But, when you attach a realistic goal (in this case 15-minutes) it makes actually doing it and sticking with it possible. 

 

YOU WILL SEE RESULTS

I know it can feel like nothing is getting done just doing 15-minutes of work. But, I promise you a lot more is happening than you realize.

My favorite way to track results is like this.

Set up a little excel. In the first column write the dates, and in the second column write just 1 sentence about what you worked on that day.

At the end of the month you will be able to look back and see just how much you got done.
