BEFORE THE VIP DAY

1. I will have you fill out a detailed questionnaire so I can learn more about your busienss, where you are, and where we should focus our time.

ON THE VIP DAY (sample schedule)

1. BUDGETING AUDIT - most new brands never launch because they don't realize how much starting a fashion business costs and they run out of money. Together we will create a custom realistic budget specific to your financial needs and goals.
2. DESIGN AUDIT - this is where we get into what kinds of styles and how much to produce of each style.
3. SOURCING STRATEGY - First we will create a sourcing plan. Then I will help you create communication documents like tech packs, power points, and excels to send to suppliers. And, lastly I will create custom email templates for you to simply copy and paste to new suppliers (these have been proven to boost reply rates by 90%).
4. CONTACTS - I will create a custom list of 10 suppliers best suited for your brand. And teach you industry best practices to reach out to them. (includes custom templates).

Basically by the end of our time together you will walk away with everything (including contacts) you need to start sourcing and developing your product. 

AFTER THE VIP DAY

1. 2 weeks of email support.
